Operations Support Associate - Hyundai Capital Canada

Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Associateto join our client's team in Toronto, ON. If you possess excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, this is a full time, permanent role!

Job Summary:
The associate, operations Support will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with processes regarding lease-end billing, return mail, hard copy mail, operation queues, lease transfers and liens. In addition, they will perform a wide variety of duties to assist Operations Support such as RPA, UAT, and maintaining templates.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execution and Tracking of Automated processes.

• Maintain files and templates to ensure proper handling of accounts as per P&P standards.

• Maintain daily SLAs for emails and queues and ensure all daily tasks are complete.

• Assist the team with daily tasks.

• Work on finding process efficiencies.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Participate in team meeting and employee engagement.

• Minimum 3 day in office per week
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year Administrative and Data Entry experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Data entry skills

• High School Diploma
