Optical Image is looking for a fun, self motivated team member! We are a progressive eye care office who values treating people well, selling awesome glasses, and having a lot of fun doing it!
Duties include but are not limited to; pretesting patients before eye exams, providing support to patients and customers in their selection of outstanding eyewear, performing adjustments on eyewear, assisting with reception and administrative functions, working as part of a team and contributing to a positive upbeat work environment.
We are looking for someone that is self motivated, a team player, able to multi-task, detail oriented, punctual, creative, and have skill in working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent people, communicative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Education/Experience: High school diploma, and at least 2 years of retail/customer service or optometry experience.
Preference may be given to those with experience in Visual Eyes software and/or dealing with and billing insurance companies.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Thursday evenings, 1-2 Saturdays per month - 30 - 40 hours per week
Wage: Determined by experience.
