Order Processing Clerk (Full Time)

The Joint Cannabis is hiring an Order Processing Clerk to join our team in our Winnipeg, MB operations.

The Joint currently operates 10 locations in Winnipeg:

• 578 St Mary's Rd
• 2997 Pembina Hwy
• 3223 Portage Ave
• 1165 Henderson Hwy
• 218 Regent Ave West
• 607 Corydon Ave
• 3-915 Leila Ave
• 113-55 Sage Creek Blvd
• 5-1650 Kenaston Blvd
• 8-3900 Grant Ave
• COMING SOON! Keewatin St

We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

• Accepting & inspecting deliveries
• Providing outgoing shipments to couriers
• Processing incoming orders into our POS
• Accurately labelling products
• Completing product transfers to other locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records within our database
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records within our database

We are looking for someone with the following strengths:

• Strong attention to detail skills
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Google sheets, docs experience an asset

Candidate Requirements:

• This is a 19+ position ONLY
• Current & Valid Smart Choices Cannabis certification required
• Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule mainly consisting of 10AM-6PM Monday through Friday
• Be available for our 578 St Mary's Rd, 5-1650 Kenaston Blvd and 113- Sage Creek Blvd locations
• Vehicle & Drivers License required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

• Smart Choices Cannabis Certificate (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
