All Shelter Sales and Rentals is a small business in North Bay, ON. We are a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-oriented workplace that is looking for someone to join our team! We provide tents and party rental items to North Bay, ON, and the surrounding areas for any occasion.

Job Duties:

- Receive, process and place equipment/items on shelving or in bins according to company standards,

- Receive and clean rentals such as dishes, glassware, and dinnerware,

- Quality control/inspection checks on processed dinnerware, glassware, and linen to make sure items meet company standards for rental,

- Preparing rentals for delivery/pick up according to their order date,

- Operating moving equipment as needed to move products throughout the warehouse,

- Clean, iron, and inspect linens after rental to meet company standards,

- Notify the office of missing/broken items,

- Greet and assist customers with loading/unloading items,

- Perform other cleaning duties as requested.

Working Conditions:

- Weekly use of washer, dryer, ironer, and dishwasher, which release hot air. Exposure to above-average temperatures is possible,

- Most work will be performed in a warehouse setting with limited exposure to outside elements,

- May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to detergents, bleaches, and other chemicals used for cleaning,

- Repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items,

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Education, Skills & Requirements:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required,

- Must be able to safely lift/move approximately 50-70lbs,

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,

- Ability to interpret directions in written or oral form,

- Strong attention to detail,

- Ability to work with others in a group setting,

- Clean and presentable appearance,

- Customer relation skills,

- Positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
