FT Orthodontic Admin Patient Coordinator / Financial Coordinator

-Travel is mandatory two days per month to Bridgewater clinic. Potential to car pool maybe available, however reliable car required. Travel pay offered.
-Long term commitment
-Two years admin experience with multiple phones, scheduling and financial tasks
-Strong computer skills necessary. Mac experience preferred
-Comfortable with technology and third party applications
-Strong communication skills both written and oral
-Fantastic customer service experience with a friendly and kind personality
-Minimum of two years dental or orthodontic experience is preferred
-Social media experiencia beneficial
-Hours are 7:45am to 5pm, and 7:15am start time on Thursdays bi-weekly. Early finish on some Mondays and Fridays!
Responsibilities Include:
-Welcome all patients as guests of the practice with kindness and enthusiasm
-Communicate with patients and families regarding appointment details
-Answer all calls and document information accordingly
-Check voice mails, text messages and email frequently and respond accordingly
-Scan all information into patient chart / file
-Schedule all new patients and gather accurate information while building relationships with referring dental office
-Compose professional letters for other professionals
-Act as liaison between doctor, patient and other professionals
-Collect, post and balance payment daily and monthly. Provide necessary reports to management.
-Work cohesively with fellow team members to provide support, mutual respect and cooperation
