Outdoor Living Sales Specialist

The Outdoor Living Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of Outdoor Living products and outdoor building materials. This role requires a passionate sales professional who can connect with customers and help them find the perfect solutions for their outdoor spaces. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in Outdoor Living products or related fields.
• Able to work towards and achieve established sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage incoming leads in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to give direction to helpers who will work under you as this department grows

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Valid ‘G’ Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
