Job: Outside Services Supervisor

– Seasonal, Full Time Position

Job Purpose: The fundamental reason this position exists is to help oversee the Outside Services team who welcome and assist the golfing guest when arriving at the Resort and upon completion of their round. You will have a great understanding off all outdoor related positions related to the golf shop operation including bag drop, starter, marshal and driving range roles. When performing the Bag Drop duty the attendant will greet the golfing guest upon arrival, assist the golfer with cart set up and directing the guest to the Pro Shop. You would be responsible for daily power cart fleet cleaning and set-up. There would also be daily practice range set-up and control as well as potential for range ball retrieval. It is also extremely important that the safety of ourselves and our guests remain top priority throughout the season by following all protocols that have been put in place.

Qualifications: Prior customer service experience would be considered and advantage. Knowledge of the game golf would be an asset.

Conditions of Employment:

This position will require a flexible work schedule that may include weekdays and weekends as well as regular day, early morning, evening shifts and holidays. The position requires time spent working outdoors which may include inclement weather. The position will require standing on concrete for several hours at a time.
