Packaging Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Packaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient packaging of tires and related products. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to packaging standards, and collaboration with other team members to maintain an organized and effective workflow.

Responsibilities:

Tire Packaging:

• Package tires according to established standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that each tire is securely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Quality Control:

• Conduct visual inspections of packaged tires to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and address any packaging issues or defects, reporting them to the supervisor.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members, including sales staff and technicians, to coordinate packaging activities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.

Order Fulfillment:

• Assist in fulfilling customer orders by packaging tires accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and fulfill urgent orders.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of packaged tires, including quantities, sizes, and other relevant information.
• Assist in keeping packaging-related documentation up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality packaging.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.10-$25.80 per hour
