Painters Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint to surfaces according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint or other coatings
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surrounding areas
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers
- Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns, after each job
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed project

Experience:
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Note: Additional skills such as carpentry or drywall repair are a plus.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
