PTree Painting Ltd. is seeking a part-time Painters Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work well with others. We are looking for someone who can work well with their hands, but also be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and be able to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights (e.g., work above 6 feet).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time on uneven or sloped ground, such as an attic or crawl space, which may be difficult at times due to weather, terrain, or other conditions.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach overhead, push or pull heavy items such as furniture and walls that may be difficult at times due to weather, terrain, or other conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• painting: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
