We are an exciting and quickly growing company and we need a talented individual who can catch our vision and play an active role in our growth. We're unlike other painting contractors in that we specialize in providing one particular type of paint job - Spray Painting Siding! Our constantly developing process provides a structure for all of our staff to have success and enjoyment at work.

The Painting Assistant is responsible for:

• Preparation, masking, and necessary labour for any We Paint Siding job site.
• Learning new skills and processes and applying them quickly and consistently.
• Working with a positive attitude in a team environment.
• Preparing surfaces for painting, performing hand-painting tasks, and quickly learning our processes to prepare for advancement in the company.

Position requirements:

• No experience necessary
• Related labour experience is an asset
• Must have reliable transportation to job-sites
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
