Parking Attendant

Indigo Park Canada is currently seeking Parking Hosts to join our team. As a Parking Host, you will play a significant role in the success of the company. You will be the first and last person our guests interact with. You will leave a lasting impression through a warm greeting, a smiling face, and professional demeanor.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive to the airport
• Provide customer services and answer questions
• Assist customers on how to use pay stations
• Take payments from customers
• Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
• Potential Valet and Courtesy Shuttle operation (with possession of class 5 license)

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Exposed to outdoor and indoor environments which includes varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Required to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift

What Shifts are Available?

• 5am to 3pm
• 3pm to Last Flight
• Flexible with Days

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift

What Will Set You Apart?

• Enthusiasm for on-going learning, coaching, and training
• Professional presentation with a focus on customer and client relations
• Experience in the hospitality / service industry
• Bilingual – knowledge of a second language
• Possession of class 5 driver's license
