Washed Away Cleaning Services is a locally owned and operated cleaning services company that is proudly serving businesses in and around the Okanagan Valley. Our mission is to provide professional, reliable and high quality services to our valued Customers.

Washed Away Cleaning Services is looking for someone, reliable and consistent. Cleaning experience is a bonus. However, we are willing to train the right candidates.

We provide all the equipment needed to complete any cleaning tasks.

Job duties/Responsibilities:

• Detailed job vacuuming all floors, carpeted areas, rugs and couches.
• Dusting high surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Kitchen cleaning.
• Diligent job mopping floors.
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces leaving no streaks behind.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
• Washing and dusting blinds.
• Wiping baseboards.
• Spot wash walls, doors, and railings.
• Elevator cleaning
• Stairway and Hall Maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:

• Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques.
• Takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be physically capable of performing 5 to 8 hours of physical work each day.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must be legal to work in Canada.

Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
