We have various flexible positions available, including both part-time and full-time hours.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and dependable house cleaning contractors to support our residential cleaning operations in Victoria BC and surrounding municipalities!

Competitive Compensation: We operate on a commission based structure, average rates for our top-performing cleaners Well ABOVE the industry standard top limit of $25 per hour. We begin commissions no lower than 30% of total job value, up to 50%. On top of your base commission, there are additional commission opportunities, bonuses, and customer tips (Cleaners retain 100% of customer tips)
Weekly Payments: No need to wait for a month-end paycheck, or even every two weeks. We provide prompt weekly payments for your hard work.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role…
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, nanny services, or care homes, preferably for at least six months.
- Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Tools and supplies to complete the work (we can work with you to compensate and provide additional tools outside of regular scopes, as needed)
- Strong verbal communication skills (English, high-level)
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Above all, a passion and aptitude for cleaning!
