Part-Time Office Administrator
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Office Administrator, contributing to the seamless operation of our property management office. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual seeking flexible hours, in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
· Lease and Contract Preparation: Efficiently prepare lease paperwork, management contracts, and legal notices.
· Listing Management: Post new property listings on various rental platforms, optimizing visibility.
· Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) Applications: Submit applications and documentation to the Landlord and Tenant Board, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
· Database Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date database with owner and tenant information, ensuring data integrity.
· Mailing Legal Notices: Ensure timely and accurate mailing of legal notices, adhering to legal and procedural requirements.
· Filing and Record Keeping: Responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
· Social Media Presence: Contribute to our online presence by posting engaging content on social media platforms.
· Bookkeeping: Manage financial records, including expense payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
· Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
