Team Town Sports is gearing up for an adrenaline-pumping season as we kick off our newest retail store in Whitby. We're recruiting an exceptional Part Time Sale Associates to join our team as an 'Head Coach' reporting to the Reporting to Director of Operations. As a Sales Associate, you will provide a brilliant customer experience by engaging our customers in authentic conversations and providing them with knowledgeable assistance in selecting and fitting the right product for their sport, accessory and apparel needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide a brilliant customer experience through all steps of the sales process.
• Actively participate in our team tasks to deliver a full experience to our customers including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.
• Complete and attend all required online and team Product Knowledge training sessions.
