SalaryTransdev is hiring multiple School Bus Drivers in Calgary, Alberta.
We are seeking part-time School Bus Drivers and offering a Competitive pay of $126 for a morning & afternoon run, shop rate of $31.50/hr applied for any runs over 90min.
Your role:
- Safely transporting students to/ from school and activities on time
- Performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety
- Ensuring students’ safety while boarding, exiting buses and crossing the street.
New recruits must abide by the Education Act, Motor Vehicle Act and Standards, policies and procedures of the division districts, and schools; under the general direction of our Location Manager. School Bus Drivers are always to obey all rules & regulations of the DOT Act while transporting students and clientele safely, on time, and confidently.

Your profile:
- You have a Class 2 license and an S endorsement (Training is provided).
- You meet the minimum age requirements to hold a School Bus driver’s license in the territory (and the company standard minimum of 21 years of age).
- You have at least 3 years of driving experience.
- You have a good understanding of English and be able to communicate effectively.
- You hold a valid (non-probationary) driver's license and a good driving record.
- You can undergo & pass a ministry-prescribed medical examination, criminal record search, vulnerable sector clearance and other background checks.
Your location:
- This is a part-time position in Calgary, AB.
- Work hours: minimum of 4 hours per day.
Upon pre-hire, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Clean driver's abstract
- Clear criminal records check
- Clean vulnerable sector check
- Pass drug & alcohol testing (this includes cannabis, which is prohibited by corporate policies).
