We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about telecommunications industry, has experience in sales and has an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships within Partner Retail stakeholders to assist in driving small business sales.
- Assist in designing and developing promotions to achieve targeted market share and revenue within Partner Retail.
- Analyze sales reports and territory sales breakdown by market/banner.
- Gather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and execute Vendor Fairs/Off-Site Events/Community Events Brand Support and maximize market share.
- Work with Retailers to plan and organize exclusive Rogers Small Business weekend events and onsite duty demo days.
- Timely customer issue resolution and response to Retailer’s escalations/inquiries
- Identify unique opportunities to drive sales within Partner Retail.
- Ability to influence mindshare and work effectively within different banners within the Partner Retail channels.
- Accountable for sales planning, strategy development, and execution.
- Engage in regular business reviews and sales forecasting conversations.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years of territory management and/or sales experience.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
- Exceptional skills with productivity tools such as MS Office, Excel & Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Upbeat, self-motivated tenacious team player who is a fast learner, detail oriented, and has the ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with very tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Driven, results oriented professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License.
