Job Description:

As a Seasonal Retail Associate at Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs, you'll be the face of our store, and your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. Here's what you can expect:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with a diverse and friendly customer base, providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of water chemistry, water testing and parts to assist customers effectively.
• Sales: Assist customers in finding the perfect pool and hot tub products and accessories for their needs.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive and organized store display to enhance the shopping experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers in a positive and energetic work environment.
• Training: Participate in ongoing training and development to become an expert in pool and hot tub solutions.

Qualifications:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Salary: Up to $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
