In this role you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle incoming inquiries in our Parts & Service department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding approach while listening to customers, analyzing their needs and helping resolve their issues. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
• Maintains a neat and organized parts area
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanour
• Accurately orders & enters product data
• Accurately accounts for cash

MERCHANDISING

• Ensures proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
• Completes merchandising tasks as directed and maintains efficient flow of merchandise from backroom to sales floor
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas
• Performs stock counts and orders for designated area.

SERVICE

• Assists Service Manager on service inquiries
• Sets up Service Appointments
• Contacts Customers on service completion
• Assists with Service Work Orders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Planning, Judgement and Decision Making
• Balance teamwork and efficiency in processing the customer order
• Organization and neatness
• Cope with register and credit/debit authorization issues
• Determine customer satisfaction
• Efficiency in processing the customer order
• Troubleshoot cash issues

EXPERIENCE

• Strong computer skills
• Well organized with ability to record keep

• Ability to provide a proactive approach in customer service and problem-solving

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work flexible shifts which include Saturdays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
