Overview:
In this role, you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle incoming inquiries in our Parts & Service department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding approach while listening to customers, analyzing their needs, and helping resolve their issues. Compensation: $19/hr.
Benefits: This position is eligible for participation in the company group benefits program.
Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible shifts, which include Saturdays
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
Maintains a neat and organized parts area
Greets all customers and displays a warm demeanor
Accurately orders & enters product data
Accurately accounts for cash
MERCHANDISING
Ensures proper documentation is completed concerning customer's receipt and return of goods
Completes merchandising tasks as directed and maintains an efficient flow of merchandise from backroom to the sales floor
Merchandises and maintains designated areas
Performs stock counts and orders for designated areas.
SERVICE
Assists Service Manager on service inquiries
Sets up Service Appointments
Contact customers on service completion
Assists with Service Work Orders
