Paver/Screed Operator

Genco Asphalt Inc. is a privately owned, operated, and family based Road Construction company. Genco is looking for experienced Paver Operators for the 2024 season. We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience. Operators must have a valid drivers license.

Key duties include:

- Actively participating, promoting and engaging in the company's safety policies.
-PME Experience.
- Operating equipment as assigned, and participating in jobsite labor if required.
- Communicating information clearly and effectively and working as part of a team.
- Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
- Willingness to travel between job sites and work overtime when required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

- Experience: 3 years minimum

-Wage: $22-$35 an hour depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
