Pawning Sales Associate

We are seeking a hardworking, confident, and compassionate Pawning and Sales Associate to join our team and work at both our Belleville location and our new Trenton location. In this role, you will support and collaborate with our team of Pawning and Sales Associates to ensure exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations, including buying, testing, researching, cleaning, presenting, and selling. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow, possess a willingness to learn, and exhibit strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who possess knowledge, experience, or a genuine passion for the wide range of merchandise we offer in our store, which includes electronics, musical instruments, jewelry, tools, cell phones, and various other items. In addition, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment are essential qualities we seek in an ideal candidate.

Greenbacks store hours are from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 9:30 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. The ideal candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in assessing their needs.

· Conduct research and evaluation to determine product value of items.

· Oversee and approve buy and loan transactions.

· Maintain first-rate customer experience by ensuring adherence to company standards.

· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of pawn, sales, and product information, serving as a role model for the team.

· Support and execute company policies, procedures, mission, and values.

· Communicate and provide feedback to upper management.

· Perform cash transaction, on till.

Salary and Benefits:

· Starting salary between $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
