Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist
Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per-diem.
1)In the clinic, in Cary, NC, 2) In-home daycare and ABA clinics, 3) or a combination of clinic and home as a Hybrid. Telehealth services are highly encouraged.
Clinic-Based Speech Language Pathologist
Salary: $ 65,000-$ 78,000 per year

Home-Based Speech Language Pathologist
Pay Per visit Evaluation- $ 63 -$ 73 per IE, Follow up $ 39- $ 45 per visit.

Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist
Salary: $ 65,000-$ 78,000 per year
Split work schedule between clinic and home

2)Performance Bonus Extremely competitive($3,000 to $7,000) per year
*Requires 18 months of employment with the company.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive assessments tailored treatment plans for patients, fostering their progress.
Evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Stay updated with advancements in treatment practices, ensuring patients receive the best care.
Collaborate with Occupational and Physical Therapists to deliver integrated care to our Patients.
Qualifications:
Certified by the National Board for Certification.
Valid state license in the Speech therapy discipline.
Ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions
Clinical ST Pediatrics Manager
The Clinical ST Pediatrics Manager will be a crucial position in our clinical care, ensuring excellence in patient care, adherence to multi-disciplinary intervention, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leadership, creativity, and supervision to drive outcomes, KPIs, CBMs.
Salary & Perks:
$75 to 85K per year with full-time benefits.
The bonus Range is $6 to $15K per year, Paid monthly.
Additional One week of paid time off, over standard paid time off
Patient care/management time is split 60/40 respectively.

Qualifications:
Full-time work schedule in clinic/facility
Valid state license in the Speech therapy discipline.
Proven leadership experience: 2+ years of experience in the outpatient clinic.
Managed Team of 8 plus full-time staff therapists in pediatrics dept. (STs, OTs, PTs)
