Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist- Lead/Supervisor Position
Child's Play Therapy Services, PC, is an award-winning multidisciplinary pediatric clinic located in San Francisco East bay, with offices in Lafayette and Pleasanton. . Our state-of-the-art facilities provide occupational, speech therapy, and feeding therapy to children from birth to adolescence. We provide treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, including speech and language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and articulation and phonological disorders.

Duties:
- Provide clinic-based direct therapy
- Recruit, interview, and hire speech therapy staff
- Supervise CFs and SLPA'
- Work closely with staff SLPs to develop, and oversee their professional education plan
- Implement weekly staff meetings
- Manage quality assurance for the department
- Conduct clinical education programs, facilitate case study presentations and cross-discipline collaboration meetings
- Ensure the department maintains the highest level of clinical integrity and provides evidence-based practice for the best outcomes
- Works collaboratively with the OT department head
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution
- 2 years of pediatric practice in a clinic or medical model
- Must have a Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of California
- Must have ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proof of immunization records and TB required
- CPR certification
