Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing living spaces.

Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and the ability to follow medication schedules accurately.
- Familiarity with home care practices and techniques.
- Understanding of caregiving principles and the ability to provide compassionate care to clients.
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
