SalaryReporting to the Director of Care, the PSW Lead is responsible for providing care and administering medications in a retirement community setting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Deal courteously with staff, residents, resident families and visitors
-Completes daily, weekly and monthly duties, including vitals and care plans, as per policy
-Answers Emergency Response Systems when necessary
-Provide care, if applicable, in accordance with NLG policies, physicians order and nursing standards
-Reports all incidents/accidents involving residents, families, visitors or staff to the Director of Care
-Assisting with move in's and move outs of residents as required
- Medication Administration, processing orders, transcribing orders.
-Available for Days, and Night shifts
