Personal Support Worker (Psw)

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, patients, and those requiring assisted living or nursing home care.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals of all ages.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.75-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
