A rewarding and exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious, mature and organized individual with 5+ years of experience in caring for and assisting persons with complex needs. You will be a key member of a dynamic support team for a young adult male responsible for personal care, social development, and coordination of daily life events.
This position is best suited for a candidate with energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
As his personal assistant, you work well both independently and with other team members while mastering the use of specialized equipment and technology used for physical transfers, mobility, and communication. Some assisted lifting is required.
In addition, you have a keen attention to detail especially in administering medications and charting.
You will be working in a private family home requiring the utmost discretion and privacy. The environment is non-smoking and scent-free.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
