Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications to customers or healthcare professionals
- Count and label medication containers accurately
- Prepare prescription orders by retrieving, counting, pouring, weighing, and measuring medications
- Package and label prescriptions for delivery or pickup
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs
- Process insurance claims and manage inventory control systems
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues

Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and prescription processing
