- Sales Generation: Engage with customers to promote our products and drive sales at the pop-Up Market. Utilize product knowledge and effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases. Strive to create a positive shopping experience for all attendees.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or mobile payment devices. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
- Product Presentation: Assist with the setup and merchandising of the market booth before the event opens, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and in accordance with brand standards. Replenish stock and tidy up the booth throughout the event to maintain a visually appealing presentation.
- Market Booth Setup and Takedown: Participate in the setup and takedown of the market booth, including assembling displays, arranging signage, and transporting merchandise to and from the event location. Ensure that the booth is set up on time and packed up efficiently at the end of the event.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols during setup, takedown, and throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
