Position Overview:
As a Pouch Machine Operator at CCC Pack, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of pouch-making machines, ensuring the production of high-quality packaging that meets our clients' specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor pouch-making machines to produce packaging according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Set-Up and Maintenance: Set up machines for production runs, including the installation of appropriate tooling and materials. Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on produced pouches, making adjustments to the machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery promptly to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, with specific experience in pouch-making machines preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting pouch-making machines. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to perform detailed quality checks and maintain a high level of accuracy in production.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
