Power Platform Developer

Seamless applications are key to supporting project teams in exceptional project performance. We are a seeking highly motivated individual to perform the function of a Power Platform Developer who has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure, and possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create ideas, and be assertive.

Primary activities include the planning, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions to support new and ongoing projects.

The Position

• Work Location: Calgary, AB (remote work options available)

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of Power Platform development
  • Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate
• Experience with UI/UX processes and best practices
• Experience with Power Apps integrations
• Azure DevOps experience
• Experience with integrating Power BI reports and dashboards with Power Apps
• Wireframe experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university
• Microsoft Certifications

• Ability to converse with stakeholders and document business requirements
• Ability to develop simple and seamless UI/UX models
• Good communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders and understand business application requirements
• Develop wireframes and review them with team stakeholders
• Iterate on design as required, based on team feedback
• Plan, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Platform solutions
• Gather user feedback and improve solutions to support team needs
• Work with technical teams to support solution integration requirements
• Liaise with multiple stakeholder groups to support business operations
