Metal Connection is a leader in processing flat sheet metal components for clients in western Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for Press Brake Operator. We work 3 shifts; Day shift (Monday - Thursday; 05:00am - 03:30pm), afternoon shift (Monday - Thursday; 03:15pm - 01:45am) and weekend shift (Friday - Sunday; 06:00am - 06:30pm). Candidate to be prepared to work in a fast-paced, yet safe/fun team environment. Strong opportunity for advancement for key employees willing to grow and learn new skills.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 2 years Press Brake Operator experience
Have overhead crane experience
Have forklift experience
Ability to enter data into computerized inventory database
Punctual, reliable and trust-worthy
Preferred Qualifications:
Grade 12 education
Valid class 5 drivers license
Milling experience an asset, but not required
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to grow personal skills
Work Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 06:00 am to 06:30 pm or Monday - Thursday - 03:15 pm to 01:45 am or Monday - Thursday - 05:00 am to 03:30 pm.
