Job Title: Administrative Assistant dedicated to Broker Principal.
Work Hours: Flexible Options available for a 3 or 4 (or 5 day work week) @ 21-35 hrs at our Collingwood Downtown Office (s)
Wage: $26-30 per hour

Job Description Responsibilities:
Answer / return telephone & electronic inquiries / Relay messages.
Sort / distribute / log the flow of information
Obtain / update / relay underwriting data
Control abeyance followups to completion
Distribute & Log issued insurance policies & other material released via email/mail/internet portalData entry/ downloads to enter into brokerage management system.
Set up / maintain manual & computerized information filing systems.
Process client finance contracts via portal/ Billing transactions
Maintain structured time frames at all times for work flow
Area of specialization: Excellent administrative, communication, organizational, time management, and courteous public relations skills. Client focus. Proficient & Accurate Data Processing. Excellent oral & written business communication.
Qualifications: High level of initiative.
Office/Business Admin Experience
NOTE: Ongoing training provided Re: brokerage management systems / insurance & finance company portals etc
Thorough current working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications/ Proficient Data Entry
Vaccination Policy: Vaccinations Required
