Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with printing needs in the print shop.
  • Use of printing equipment to fulfill print requisitions.
  • Ability to prioritize print requests.
  • Assist with warehouse/recycling/shredding.
  • Assist with mail/courier, sorting and processing mail/packages.
  • Pickup and delivery of mail/packages.
  • Provide adequate coverage to the bookstore.
  • Assist with day-to-day operation of the bookstore when necessary.
  • Potential for travel between Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses to assist during busy times.

Job Requirements

  • Attending high school or post-secondary institution in the fall of 2024.
  • Cashier experience is an asset.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is an asset.

Additional Information

This is a student appointment commencing July 2, 2024, and ending August 30, 2024, working a 36.25 hour work week.

Wage: $15.00 per hour
