Job Description: Processing Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Assisting the processing department
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and inventory management
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Previous experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
