We are currently seeking a qualified banking professional for the Product Manger Role
Job Description:
1. Experience and knowledge of retail and Business Banking KYC/KYB (Know your Customer & Know Your Business) and products-Deposit accounts, remittance etc.
2. Understanding of NRI (Non Resident Indian) business and International remittance business.
3. Basic understanding of Canadian regulatory compliance environment
4. Coordination skill with Control Groups viz., ISG (Information security Group), Compliance, legal & Risk.
5. Product enhancement and development of retails and business products to ensure competitiveness and stable revenue streams
6. Prioritizing business requirement and accordingly developing & designing products
7. Defining customer journeys to cover wide array of possible outcomes with objective of highest customer satisfaction. Creating test scenarios, creating user interface and experience
8. Basic project skills to initiate or introduce change in system or process
9. Identifying systems integrations essential for the product, liaising with developers for conveying requirements for each of the systems
