Our Pickering client, an industry leader in 911 Equipment & Design is looking to add Production Assembly / Service Support to their dynamic and motivated team. As the primary point of contact for Customers, Installers, and Service Technicians, they will play a crucial role in providing exceptional production assembly and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Interact confidently with Clients, Installers, and Service Technicians to troubleshoot issues and address any concerns promptly
- Work closely with Service Technicians, Customers, Production, and Sales team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of service solutions
- Occasionally provide backup support for Production and Purchasing departments
- Handle all service, warranty, and parts-related requests
- Create estimates for service work and spare parts, communicate quotations with Clients and Installers, and manage all customer orders
- Assist with production assembly and loading of trucks
- Coordinate with Installers, Technicians, and Clients to ensure the timely completion of service and warranty work
- Provide support and conduct onsite repairs and replacement when assisting with production and assembly
- Source new installation and warranty service providers as required to enhance service capabilities
- Assist in troubleshooting, service documentation, and installation packages to support Installers and Clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound queries relating to parts and service and reviewing customer orders
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of Production Assembly and Service experience
- Proficient in using ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using small hand tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to think clearly and logically analyze and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Clean Criminal Background Check required
- Valid G Driver's License and Passport (Occasional travel)
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service and Production Support roles involving parts services (asset)
- Automotive and Manufacturing Industry experience (asset)
- Forklift License (asset)
- First Aid Certifcate (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour
