Schedule:

16-24 hrs/ week Monday and Wednesday's *Day Shift Only*

This position is PT to start but may progress be FT in the future as we grow!

We are looking for an individual for a long term commitment.
About the Opportunity:

We are growing quickly, and this position offers the ability to learn about a wide variety of different roles in the coffee industry. We encourage our staff to be all-around professionals and grow their knowledge of all things coffee. Throughout the year, we offer different opportunities and training for our staff to gain knowledge and experience in the specialty coffee industry.

We are more than willing to train the right applicant!

Training:

We will provide in-house training.

You will start in our labeling and packaging division. We are a small company so we expect everyone to "jump in" when needed. There is no hierarchy when it comes to a job needing to get done.

To start you will label coffee bags for in-coming orders/invoices, package coffee for consumption, package coffee in boxes for delivery, post packages for delivery.

Responsibilities:

What we expect you to be able to perform:

• Assist with bagging and blending of coffee

• Assist in picking & packing of coffee

• Ensure complete shipping and receiving of orders

• Restock inventory and upkeep warehouse

• Ensure quality control of labeling, packing, and stocking of the product

• Assist with keeping the production area clean and tidy

• Process all orders

• 
  Local Deliveries

• Perform other tasks and duties to assist the roast master and production manager

• You're comfortable lifting boxes up to 50 pounds at a time, sometimes frequently and throughout the day.

• You're fine with bending, reaching, carrying, standing, and walking throughout the day.

• Prior experience in the coffee industry (barista experience is a plus!), or in other specialty food or beverage manufacturing or retail.
