Production Laborer

Responsibilities :

• Assisting the team in achieving daily goals
• Removing bottles from racks and putting them on the conveyor to meet production and quality objectives.
• Visually inspecting and removing foreign objects from bottles.
• Performing odor tests and discarding contaminated bottles
• Relabel and tag bottles with handle tags
• Adapt to changes in production / equipment
• Maintain your station clean and achieve daily target
• Operate the Robot (head change, printer, SKU/rack/cap change, change over planning)
• Deal with breakdowns and call mechanic if necessary
• Communicate with laboratory and forklift crew on daily basis for production output
• Responsible for administrative work and inventory control
• Verify load sheets and input loads in and out of the Oracle system

Requirements :

• Mechanically inclined and physically able to bend, lift and stand.
• The ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail at all times.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Leads in a positive, polite and energetic way.
• Team player
• Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in PC environment and software including Microsoft and Oracle
• Experience and working knowledge of inventory procedures, inventory control and reconciliation
• Ability to perform mathematic calculations
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
