About This Opportunity
The Production Coordinator, is responsible for maintaining relationships with Coke Canada’s suppliers, ordering materials, overlooking inventory, analyzing data and trends. They will work closely with the Quality Assurance department.and other cross-functional teams to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ordering raw materials, maintain relationship with supplier, receiving and invoice management
- Reconcile/Monitor inventory and raw material; identifying variances and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting, data maintenance in SAP, maintain shift reports, tracking for production volume, line performance, yield
- Lead/participate in facility projects, collect, analyze data
- Monitor production schedule and production performance
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze data for improvement and monitor production performance
- Back up for production supervisor
- Supervise production crew, employee management, schedule manpower
- Conduct crew talks and training with employees
- Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support TPM/AM activity
- Prepare presentation and report out
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in science is required.
- 2+ years relevant Quality Assurance experience is required
- Ability to work on shift rotation
- Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, mathematics, and working with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet target deadlines.
