What will you do.
The NC Production Coordinator work closely with all stakeholders including suppliers and contractors to ensure that all jobs are complete in a timely manner. The NC Production Coordinator will book calls with customers for service warranty work, order necessary products, and reply to service requests with details of work completed and charges. Additionally, the NC Production Coordinator will assist the Plumbing Supervisor with daily phone calls and inputting field calls as required from emails and will make sure all product is available when New Constructions call is scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Book calls with customers for service warranty work, order necessary products, and reply to service requests with details of work completed and charges.
- Assist the Plumbing Supervisor with daily phone calls and inputting field calls as required from emails.
- Make sure all product is available when NC call is scheduled, track and update daily deliveries, confirm everything ordered as requested for the phase, and send weekly emails to wholesalers Friday afternoons.
- Input daily notes sent for field techs and support plumbing team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Journeyman or 3-year apprenticeship completion
- 3 years of direct experience in the plumbing trade.
- Advanced computer skills
- Familiar with and experienced in reading and interpreting housing blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to identify problems and decide on the best solution.
- Detailed oriented.
