Marketing Coordinator

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, team-driven, and marketing savvy individual to become our Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with our Marketing, Business Development, and Authorized Dealer departments.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Marketing Coordinator for SuperForm Products:

The candidate for this position will primarily be responsible for making sure the day-to - day marketing tasks are moving forward and that the marketing and business development teams are on track and hitting their goals.

Specifically (but not limited to), the candidate will

• Work with SuperForm Authorized Dealers on their marketing and integration into the SuperForm ecosystem
• Manage paid marketing campaigns (social and Google) and comments on social media
• Review and report on website and paid advertising analytics
• Manage new and reoccurring marketing opportunities
• Help plan, book, and manage tradeshows, events, trainings, and webinars
• Help manage promotional materials
• Help manage marketing budget and expenses
• Meet (weekly and monthly) and work with the marketing and business development departments to help execute on strategy/scheduling and ensure there is alignment between departments
• Assist Business Development team with SuperForm Authorized Dealer marketing meetings

Requirements for this Position:

• Proactive, Self-Motivated and Results driven
• An education in the marketing field is an asset
• Experience in the marketing field, in-house or at a marketing firm
• Experience in the building materials industry, or the construction industry is an asset
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
• Exceptional Customer Service with a Friendly, Positive Attitude
• Minor copywriting skills
• Honest, Genuine and Reliable

What is ICF?

ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Forms. Insulated Concrete Forms are hollow foam blocks with plastic ties that hold the foam block together. SuperForm manufactures and sells these foam blocks to distributors who sell to builders that stack these blocks like Lego to form exterior walls of buildings across North America. The foam block wall is reinforced with rebar, and then filled with concrete. ICF insulates the home once the concrete is dry.

It is a better alternative to traditional wood-framed buildings because ICF is energy- efficient (lower heating and cooling bills), resilient (the reinforced concrete core is resistant to fire, hurricanes, and tornadoes), and comfortable (quiet, draft-free, and does not enable mold).
