Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated, mixed-mode manufacturer with an extensive range of modern production technologies located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide.

Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced full-time Production Manager - Electronics who will—while reporting to the Production Manager — lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the relevant departments.

What We Expect From You: Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data regarding SMT and assembly operations
• Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of product manufacturing cycle
• Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
• Implement changes in production flow to simplify / improve capacity
• Experienced working in a build to order environment
• Support new product development process from prototype to full production status
• Responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Lead and participate in problem-solving and risk assessment
• Make certain that adequate process audits are in place

What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience

• 5 Years experience, managing teams in PCB electronics and final assembly environment.
• Experienced in managing workflow scheduling, equipment, and staff utilization.
