Position Summary:
This position is accountable for efficiency in performing all production steps required to produce quality products by specified methods. Operations include: molding, trimming, material-handling, quality checks, sorting, grinding, packaging, and post cure.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma
· 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to work both independently, as well as with a team
· Willingness to assist colleagues and interact favorably as to ensure continued departmental success
· Ability to follow work instructions and quality plans as provided for processing product
· Ability to perform in-process quality checks as required, which includes the use of tools and gauges as necessary, relevant to the characteristic of the product measurement(s) required
· Ability to use measuring equipment, such as scales and rulers
· Certified operator duties
· Must be available to work overtime shifts as required
*At times, the Millroom Operator is required to wear a respirator*

Salary: Up to $26.59 per hour
