Production Support Specialist
The Production Support Specialist reports to the Production Support Team Supervisor, and will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Production Support Team Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities
- Complete tasks assigned by Production Support supervisor by prioritizing and organizing to best meet Production needs and scheduling.
- Maintain all required manufacturing information as needed.
- Complete engineering, purchasing, obsolescence changes as assigned.
- In progress changes are clearly communicated to all Salford sites (as necessary) and process is completed in a timely manner.
- Investigating root cause of shortages, or bill of material issues brought forward by the Quality, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Production departments.
- Executing and following processes, standard work flows and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Computer skills required
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP/Inventory Management software (INFOR Cloud Suite an asset)
- Data Entry/Information Processing
- Bill of materials management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Comfortable working as a team member or working independently
- Hands on experience or detailed knowledge of agricultural machinery a strong asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of engineering drawings, steel fabrication tools, and measurement a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven troubleshooting, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethic and positive outlook
