Program Director (Summer Student)

Our goal is to provide a safe camp experience and nurture youth ministry to children.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team!

As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our summer camp program, including training and supervising staff. This is a leadership role that requires strong program management skills and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a youth ministry based summer program.

- Supervise and provide guidance to camp counsellors.

- Monitor program activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

- Work with a co-director to make an efficient schedule for day to day camp activities.

- Oversee program reporting and documentation

- Report to Camp manager

Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- previous job working with children

- Must be enrolled in college/university

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As the Program Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our program. We are a summer program and this position requires you to stay on-site from Sunday afternoon until Friday evenings for the duration of our camp.
