Autism Services, is looking for a creative professional, passionate about working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as a member of a team in a non-profit environment.
This is a 4 day, contracted position working directly with children, youth, teens in a recreational Day Camp program. The worker will work under the direction of the On-Site Coordinator and the supervision of the Director of Family Programs.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 graduate
- Demonstrated understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Developed interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work respectfully and cooperatively, both individually and with other team members and families.
- Possession of a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is recommended.
- Age 21+ is preferred as we will require some drivers to transport our camp to and from activities.
Details:
This is a contract position. You will be committing to a Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm position from April 2nd to April 5th. The wage is $15.00 per hour.
