POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing administrative support within the team to ensure everything is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways. Position may require persons to work in the field on site for an extended period of time (camp).
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish deadlines for project deliverables with assistance from Project Manager.
- Create and update workflows and processes.
- Prepare preliminary QC documentation and completion of Quality Control Reports at end of project
- Manage document control.
- Record action items and decisions from Project meetings.
- Create and send weekly task list for PM’s, General foreman, and QC department.
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Project Manager and Project Specialist with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Day to Day support for field staff in both KPA and Fieldcap applications
- Help in the preparation and submission of project tenders as required
- Contribute significantly to the development of stronger job costing process

PROPOSED HOURLY WAGE:
- $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- This is a full-time hourly position Monday to Friday. Field Time as well as overtime hours as required.
- Site visits and camp may be required
